The Governing Board comprises a chairman and eight additional members selected from relevant state entities, appointed by the President. These members include representatives from the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research, Food and Drugs Authority, Public Universities, Ministry of Health, Ghana National Association of Traditional Healers, and the Executive Director of the Centre.
