Mr. Charles Kwaku Adomako

PROFILE

Mr. Adomako holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Lincoln, UK, and an LLB from the University of Professional Studies, Legon. Since October 2009, he has served as the Administrative Secretary of the Centre for Plant Medicine Research. As a Chartered Administrator by profession, Mr. Adomako brings considerable experience to his role, having qualified as a Chartered Secretary and Administrator.

Before joining the Centre, he worked at the Institute of Professional Studies (now the University of Professional Studies) for two years and at the University of Ghana for ten years. During his career, Mr. Adomako facilitated Management and Administration programs at the University of Ghana Business School’s Centre for Business Development. He also served as a part-time lecturer at the University of Professional Studies and other private training institutions.

In 2004, he was admitted to the University of Lincoln in the UK, where he completed a special international Master’s Management Programme, earning an MBA in Finance and Management in 2006. While in the UK, he also pursued a course in conflict management organized by the City & Guilds Professional Institute. Prior to his tertiary education, Mr. Adomako earned a Diploma in Business Studies.

A devout Christian, Mr. Adomako has been involved with the Scripture Union since his secondary school days. He is a member of the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International, where he served as the immediate past President for over four years. Currently, he is an Elder at the Legon Interdenominational Church (LIC). Mr. Adomako is married and has four children.
